INFORMATION 

The undersigned Assistant City Prosecutor hereby accuses Eduardo Pardo and Eugenio Claparols of the crime of Robbery with Homicide committed as follows:

That around 6:00 o’clock in the evening of September 13, 2009, at the corner of Fifth Avenue and 23^rd Street, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, within the jurisdiction of this court, Eduardo Pardo and Eugenio Claparols, conspiring and confederating together and helping one another, armed with a knife, with intent to gain, accosted Marie Claire Pedrosa, a student, and demanded the latter’s cellular phone and wrist watch; That because Marie Claire Pedrosa resisted, Eduardo pulled out a knife and stabbed Marie Claire several times in the chest, causing instantaneous death.
